Job summary

Propel London Ltd. is hiring for a MarTech Lead to build and run the in-house MarTech/AdTech capability. The role focuses on migrating to Storyblok and consolidating HubSpot as CRM, while shaping tracking, analytics and AI-driven marketing initiatives.

The position is remote (EU time zones) on a long-term contract with an initial six months, day rate €300–€400, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong MarTech and AdTech experience.
• CMS migration leadership with Storyblok preferred.
• HubSpot architecture and integrations knowledge.
• Hands-on tracking, analytics and GA4 expertise.
• Amplitude or similar analytics platform experience.
• Understanding of mobile apps and supporting tech.
• SEO knowledge and technical implementation skills.
• Ability to identify AI use cases in Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CMS migration to Storyblok and establish the CMS structure.
• Consolidate HubSpot as the central CRM platform.
• Develop tracking, analytics and AdTech strategy incl. GA4.
• Lead ongoing Amplitude implementation.
• Support revamp of the mobile app structure.
• Own the long-term MarTech and AdTech roadmap.
