Job summary

MarTech Transformation Lead contract role based in Manchester, offering £500 per day outside IR35 for an initial 3 months. Hybrid arrangement with two days per week in Manchester.

The role blends discovery, business analysis, platform strategy and vendor selection to modernise customer communications for a major European business. May lead or support post‑selection implementation and migration.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM/CDP, marketing automation and customer journey technology.
• Led discovery and future-state requirements definition.
• Experience in RFI/RFP and platform-selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess current CRM/MarTech landscape and identify capabilities and risks.
• Gather requirements across Marketing, Technology, Data, Product and Operations.
• Map as‑is environment and define future-state capabilities.
• Lead vendor evaluation and coordinate demonstrations/POCs.
• Produce a clear platform recommendation and implementation roadmap.
