• Own martech foundational layer (CDP, orchestration, personalisation, adtech) and deliver a unified platform.
• Drive vision and roadmap alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Build platform capabilities and monitor KPIs to measure success.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Product Management team with clear goals.
