Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related area.
• Experience in martech.
• Strong organisation and project coordination with Agile experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, innovative environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Martech squad by delivering enhancements for marketing technology across markets.
• Assist in building platform capabilities and monitor KPIs to measure initiative success.
• Collaborate with engineering, data and marketing partners to specify features, write user stories, manage scrum ceremonies, drive Agile delivery and UAT.
• Provide data-backed recommendations and help design and implement product testing strategies.
• Help prioritise trade-offs to deliver features meeting customer needs.
• Create and maintain product documentation including user guides and release notes.
• Build partnerships with controls and governance teams to deploy solutions in a regulated industry.
• Drive user adoption and satisfaction through effective communication and training.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and relevant technologies impacting the squad.
