Job summary

Aztec Group seeks an experienced Markets Technology Services manager to support eFront platforms across jurisdictions. You will handle investor onboarding, fund administration, accounting and reporting, while driving system enhancements and automation initiatives.

The role requires hands‑on experience with FrontInvest, Investment Café and eFront Debt, plus leadership responsibilities and coaching of junior staff in a hybrid Southampton/CI environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting the Private Equity eFront suite (FrontInvest Debt/Consolidation, Investment Café).
• Experience in a financial services context preferred.
• Leadership experience including coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross‑jurisdictional system support and configuration for eFront platforms.
• Lead on BAU improvements, incidents, and change control processes.
• Coach and mentor team members and coordinate training with Aztec academy.
