Job summary

Aztec Group is looking for an experienced individual to join as a mid-level technical role supporting their Markets Technology Services. The successful candidate will work with eFront applications and help in business-critical activities such as investor onboarding and fund administration.

This position is based in either Southampton, UK or Jersey, CI with a hybrid work model. The role involves system support, configuration, and technical enablement across Aztec’s private markets applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting the Private Equity suite of eFront products.
• Experience in financial services context preferred.
• Proven people management experience, including training and development of junior team members.
• Accounting experience and/or qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to various business functions to drive system improvements.
• Ensure timely investigation and resolution of issues.
• Provide scoping/support for larger system enhancements and projects.
• Allocate tasks to junior and senior team members.
