Job summary

Citi Belfast seeks a Markets Program Management Lead (VP) to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programs across global Markets, coordinating with Front Office, Risk, Operations and Technology.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage regulatory and business-driven initiatives, and ensure governance and readiness across front-to-back systems. Hybrid work model with competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree in a technical or financial discipline or equivalent.
• Experience delivering projects in global Markets environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex market projects across equities, fixed income, credit, commodities and FX.
• Bridge business and technology by partnering with front office desks, risk, operations and engineering teams.
• Proactively identify, manage risks, dependencies and issues; provide clear status to leadership.
• Oversee readiness and testing including cross-functional training and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain governance with complete, auditable documentation and risk/issue logs.
