• Researches and resolves complex issues and simplifies client interactions
• Performs trade processing, settlement, accounting and reconciliation tasks
• Supports client relationships and cross-business collaboration in Global Banking and Markets
• Completes accurate clearing and settlement with internal/external counterparties
• Identifies risks and contributes to process improvements
