Zusammenfassung

Mizuho EMEA is seeking a Markets COO / Business Management Associate/VP to drive business management and project execution for the CSF. The role focuses on implementing new products, coordinating strategic projects, and delivering governance-ready materials across a broad structured financing product suite.

You will liaise with Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Operations and Technology to ensure timely delivery and robust controls, while expanding expertise in product

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong problem solving and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with stakeholders.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, good communication.

Aufgaben

• Support the CSF COO with development and implementation of new products and strategic projects.
• Coordinate project workstreams, maintain plans, and track milestones.
• Prepare governance materials and committee papers for approvals.
• Engage with Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Ops and Tech to deliver initiatives.
• Maintain initiative pipelines and contribute to status reporting and governance forums.
• Assist with strategic planning, management presentations and ad hoc analysis.
