Job summary

Mizuho EMEA in London is seeking a Markets COO / Business Management Associate/Vice President to provide business management and project execution support to the Markets arm of CSF. This role focuses on implementing new products and coordinating strategic projects across the structured financing suite.

You will coordinate workstreams, maintain plans, prepare governance papers, and collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Technology to drive delivery and maintain a

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and maintain momentum on projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the CSF COO in the development and implementation of new products, business initiatives and strategic projects.
• Coordinate project workstreams, maintain project plans, manage actions and track milestones to support timely delivery of business priorities.
• Assist with the preparation of business cases, governance materials, committee papers and supporting documentation for new business and product approvals.
• Support engagement with stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Operations and Technology to deliver new initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of initiative pipelines and contribute to status reporting, issue management and governance forums.
• Assist with strategic planning activities, management presentations, business reporting and ad hoc analysis for senior management.
• Support coordination of regulatory, operational and control-related workstreams for new products and activities.
• Contribute to maintaining a robust control environment by supporting audits, policy updates and governance requests.
