Job summary

Citi London is seeking full-time Analysts to join the Markets team. The program rotates across product and function, with in-depth education and mentor support.

You'll start in Summer 2026, introduced to Fixed Income, Currency, Commodity, and Equity franchises across sales, trading and structuring. The aim is placement in a role that best fits your skills and interests.

Hybrid working up to two days at home per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• You're in your final year or a recent graduate.
• You are expected to achieve or have achieved a 2:1 (or equivalent).
• Ideally a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree from Business or Engineering with interest in Financial Markets.
• Proficiency in programming (VAB, Python) and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse macro and quantitative market information to support your team's success.
• Develop growth strategies across product lines and coordinate client and market data.
• Shadow desks across asset classes to build your professional network.
• Grow with increasing responsibility and client interaction in the program.
• Learn liquidity dynamics through market making, risk management, and trade execution.
