Citi London is seeking a full-time Analyst to join our Markets team. The program offers rotation across product and function, with a structured education to learn the fundamentals of the analyst role and Citi’s culture.

You'll gain exposure to Fixed Income, Currency, Commodity and Equity franchises across sales, trading, and structuring, with senior mentors guiding your development and mobility across desks on the trading floor.

Qualifications

• Final year or recent graduate with strong academic record.
• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline; business/engineering preferred.
• Interest in Financial Markets; related modules or experience welcomed.
• Proficient in programming (VAB, Python) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, detail-oriented, and structured planning skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across product and function within a training program.
• Collect and analyse macro and market data to support the team.
• Develop growth strategies across product lines and coordinate client data.
• Shadow desks and asset classes across the trading floor.
• Learn liquidity dynamics, market making, risk management and trade execution.
