Job summary

Citi in London offers a full-time analyst program designed to rotate across product and function. You will receive in-depth training and an introduction to Citi's culture, with mentorship from senior professionals.

The program aims to place analysts in roles best suited to their skills and interests upon completion. As a final-year student or graduate, you will join a competitive program starting in Summer 2026, exposed to Fixed Income, Currency, Commodities, and Equity franchises across sales,

Qualifications

• You are in your final year of university or have recently graduated.
• You are expected to achieve or have achieved a 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level.
• Ideally, you are graduating with a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree from a Business or Engineering school and interested in Financial Markets.
• You are proficient in VBA, Python and Microsoft Excel.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and planning abilities.
• You are intellectually curious and proactive in seeking ideas.
• You are a self-starter with mobility and flexibility.
• You have integrity and ethical decision-making.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English; second language advantageous.

Responsibilities

• We will empower you to collect and analyse macro and quantitative market information to support your team.
• We will support you with developing growth strategies across product lines and coordinate client and market data.
• We will help you build your professional network by shadowing desks across asset classes.
• We will provide increasing responsibility and client interaction as you build knowledge.
• We will invest in your development with time and resources to learn liquidity dynamics and risk management.
