Job summary

The Stepstone Group in the UK is seeking a Market Performance Manager to own marketplace outcomes. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing and Commercial teams to drive growth and improve customer outcomes.

Using data-driven insights, you will monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and present trends and risks to senior stakeholders to shape strategic decisions and investments across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketplace, Ecommerce, Digital Trading, or similar.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong stakeholder influence across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and communicate marketplace health across KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimise performance through data.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing and Commercial teams.
• Turn trends into recommendations that influence strategy and investment decisions.
• Present performance trends and opportunities to senior leaders.
