Job summary

Joybuy is seeking an experienced Marketplace Partner Ecosystem Manager to scale our partner network across Europe. You will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from acquisition to enablement, governance, performance management, and ecosystem development.

This role requires collaboration with Marketplace, Product, Commercial, Seller Success, and Regional teams to implement scalable partner programs and drive merchant growth. A data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace operations or ecosystem management.
• Experience managing marketplace partners, agencies, or ecosystem partners.
• Strong understanding of marketplace models and ecosystem operations.
• Proven ability to build partner programs and enablement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Europe-wide partner ecosystem strategy.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow high-quality marketplace partners.
• Design scalable enablement programs, governance, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional programs with Marketplace, Product, Commercial teams.
