Job summary
Buy It Direct Group is seeking a Senior Marketplace Executive to own our marketplace channels day to day, driving performance on Amazon, eBay and B&Q. You will lead Linnworks integration, manage pricing, listings and promotions, and collaborate with trading, operations and development teams to expand on new platforms.
The role offers up to £40,000, a permanent full‑time contract and on-site parking at Huddersfield; birthday day off after a year, staff discounts and growth as our marketplaces
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience running Amazon and eBay seller accounts.
- Experience with Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor or similar multichannel platforms.
- Strong Excel skills with large product and order datasets.
Responsibilities
- Run our Amazon, eBay and B&Q accounts day to day and assess new marketplaces.
- Own marketplace performance: sales, margin and cost of sale by channel.
- Lead Linnworks usage to launch new channels quickly and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain account health: dispatch times, late shipments, tracking, returns and seller standards.
- Set and manage marketplace pricing and promotions within rules, focusing on profit.
- Improve listing quality with better titles, content, images and A+ content.
- Coordinate with traders to decide product placement on each channel and grow the range.
- Monitor marketplace fee changes and explain impacts to the team.
