Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a digital retail role, preferably a fashion marketplace or wholesale environment.
• Strong Excel and data handling skills, with ability to work with large data sets and maintain accuracy.
• Experience managing marketplace accounts on leading platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Admin support for systems, inventory, pricing updates and product listings on the marketplace platform.
• Support growth of client accounts across platforms and optimise listings for searchability and conversion.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and product teams; report progress and blockers to the Marketplace Manager.
