Job summary

Vertical Advantage Ltd seeks a Marketplace Content Specialist to own catalogue management across major online marketplaces and optimise product pages for partner platforms. You will work with tools to ensure accurate, engaging content and provide commercial support for this sales channel.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail eCommerce, knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, and experience with PIM or feed management. A degree with relevant work experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in retail eCommerce; marketplace experience is a plus.
• Understanding of Amazon Vendor Central.
• Solid understanding of both wholesale and retail models.
• Good grasp of sell-through data, promotional analysis and content management.
• A degree, plus relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own catalogue management for major online marketplaces including Amazon, managing how the brand appears to shoppers and handling the product content delivery process.
• Optimise content using insights from tools and perform quality checks to fix issues.
• Fix on-site content issues such as broken product variations, title errors and categorisation errors.
• Proactively quality-check the catalogue, identify root causes and resolve problems.
• Analyze weekly sales performance data with the Marketplace Manager and act on insights.
• Create and improve processes to make catalogue upload, quality checking and correction more efficient.
• Collaborate with internal data and asset systems to ensure accurate information reaches partner platforms.
• Standardise how product information is delivered to partners, mapping internal data to retailer requirements.
