Job summary

Vertical Advantage Ltd. seeks a Marketplace Content Executive to manage product pages and catalogue data for online partners like Amazon and Zalando. You’ll optimise content to boost visibility and conversion while supporting Commercial with high-priority sales channels.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail ecommerce or content ops, familiarity with marketplaces, and strong Excel skills. Training provided for toolsets and data mapping across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail eCommerce, online merchandising or content operations.
• Experience with Amazon and/or Zalando is a real plus or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day catalogue management for marketplace partners like Amazon and Zalando using product content software.
• Create, update and optimise product pages to improve discoverability and conversion.
• Fix on-site content issues such as broken size/color variations and incorrect categorisation.
• Run regular quality checks across the catalogue and identify root causes.
• Interpret weekly sales and performance reports with the Marketplace Manager and act on insights.
• Extract product information from internal systems (PLM, ERP, DAM) for partners.
• Help standardise how product data maps to retailer attributes.
• Suggest process improvements to speed up uploads and checks.
