Fenergo is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing Transformation to lead the transformation of our global marketing function. You will own the operating model, set governance, planning rhythms and drive the organisation through change to achieve faster, clearer execution.

You will operate between strategy and execution, partnering with the Global Head of Marketing and leadership team to elevate performance, reporting and cross-functional collaboration across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in senior Marketing leadership or transformation roles.
• Experience building or improving a complex operating model.
• Strong planning, governance and performance-management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the Marketing operating model with clear accountability and governance.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for executive and board visibility.
• Partner with Finance and Marketing leaders to manage budgets and performance.
