About Granado

Founded in 1870 by the Portuguese José Coxito Granado, the Granado story began by selling natural remedies created from plants, herbs, and flowers native to his home, in Rio de Janeiro’s mountainous region. The brand’s first store was established in the heart of downtown Rio de Janeiro, where the historic shop still stands today.

The quality and effectiveness of the products soon made Granado one of the official pharmaceutical suppliers to the Royal Court. For that reason, the brand was given the title of ‘Official Pharmacy of the Imperial Family of Brazil’ by the Emperor D. Pedro II, in 1880.

Emblematic in its country of origin, Granado has been passed down through the generations and is part of the Brazilian heritage.

Since 2013, the brand started its international expansion and opened the first concept store overseas, at Le Bon Marché, in Paris. Thereafter, the same happened in other cities in countries as France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, England, Greece, and Austria.

With more than 100 stores globally, the brand distributes over 15 million products per month due to its increasing and strong presence at the best pharmacies, perfumeries, and department stores.

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Supervisor to join our European team to lead communication, events, campaigns, activations, and retail marketing functions. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on marketing initiatives working in collaboration and aligned with the corporate marketing team, supporting the local execution of campaigns, events and activations, and help optimize brand and POS positioning across diverse European markets. This role requires a deep understanding of regional trends, digital tools, and market dynamics. Availability to travel through the European capitals is required.

What will you do:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, activations, events, and campaigns across various European markets, in close alignment with corporate directions and guidelines.
  • Identify trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning, regularly reporting local opportunities and potential collaborations to corporate marketing teams.
  • Provide recommendations on branding, product messaging, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (retail, B2B, sales, product, communications) to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Serve as the intermediary between HQ and local marketing agencies, offering ongoing support and coordination.
  • Support localization and cultural adaptation of marketing materials for different European countries.
  • Contribute to content strategy, digital marketing, and social media planning.
  • Act as a key advisor in managing agency relationships and third-party partnerships.
  • Plan and execute events and activations (in collaboration and aligned with corporate marketing) according to the different country calendars.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, or advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of the European market landscape and consumer behaviors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Availability to travel 70% of the time.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural, international environment.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.K.

This will be a plus:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing across multiple European regions.
  • Previous experience in the industry is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific marketing trends.
