The M O'Brien Group is seeking a dynamic content creator and marketer to lead our digital presence in the construction sector. You will film on-site, edit visuals, and drive content campaigns for social channels and our website.

Responsibilities include product photography, collateral creation, proofing to brand guidelines, email marketing, SEO monitoring, and reporting results. Travel to sites with a driving licence is required.

We are seeking an individual to take charge of our content creation and marketing for the M O'Brien Group. We are an exciting, growing business in the construction industry with an emphasis on our excellent team of people.

The role with involve:

• Arranging and carrying out site visits to film and photograph our teams and equipment in action. (Bring your work boots)

• Editing and posting of content across our social channels and website.

• Generating content campaigns for key industry calendar events.

• Product photography/ spec sheet creation for new equipment.

• Assisting the commercial teams by creating collateral material digital and for print.

• Proofing and bringing presentations in line with brand guidelines.

• Email Marketing: Design, execute, and manage engaging email campaigns (newsletters, information emails, promotions, etc.)

• Liaise with the teams to document good news stories that can be case studied and posted.

• Monitor website performance, SEO metrics, social media analytics, and email campaign results to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.

• Support with event planning.

• Conduct follow up customer satisfaction surveys to relay feedback to the operations team.

We would expect the applicant to:

• Have previous experience within digital marketing.

• Be a confident and effective content creator Video/ Photography experience.

• Competent with Editing software to produce great visuals.

• Able to implement marketing plans and manage multiple projects and campaigns at any one time

• A strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability in digital communications and creative copywriting.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and on your own initiative

• SEO Understanding.

• Driving licence to enable travel to sites to create content.

It would be desirable if:

• You have experience/ knowledge of the construction industry.

• Hold a CSCS card to obtain site access. (This can be provided)

• Can demonstrate competency with drone operation. (rules/ regs).

The company will provide all equipment necessary for the role, including cameras, a drone, a laptop with Adobe Editing software and necessary licences to carry out this role.
