Responsibilities

• Create collateral for digital and print for commercial teams.
• Proofread and align presentations with brand guidelines.
• Design, execute and manage email campaigns (newsletters, promos).
• Document good news stories for case studies and posting.
• Monitor website SEO, social analytics, and email results; suggest improvements.
• Support event planning and follow up with customer satisfaction surveys.
