Job summary

A Marketing & Engagement Executive role is being recruited for by Adecco Group UK & Ireland. The successful candidate will join a busy communications team to deliver engaging campaigns, digital content and community engagement initiatives.

The role requires a strong digital marketing background, content creation skills across channels, and the ability to analyse campaign performance. A hybrid, Monday–Friday pattern is offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, communications or a similar role.
• Strong content creation skills across written and digital platforms.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check as part of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
• Produce high-quality written and visual content including blogs, articles, social media posts and marketing materials.
• Support brand consistency across all communications and marketing activities.
• Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Assist with recruitment marketing activities and employer branding initiatives.
• Support community engagement projects, events and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain marketing databases, records and administrative processes.
