Job summary

InterEx Group seeks a marketing-focused social media analyst to drive performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X. You will turn platform metrics into actionable insights, report on engagement and leads, and help shape improvements.

The role covers ad hoc analysis, calendar management, collaboration with sales, and keeping content current with platform changes. Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the social media landscape across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X and their analytics tools.
• Confident with data: turns platform metrics into clear reports and recommendations.
• Organised, able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines across a team.
• Clear communicator who works well with sales and non-marketing stakeholders.
• 2+ years in a marketing or social media role.
• Recruitment or agency-side experience.
• Paid social and scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite).
• Basic design or video editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut).

Responsibilities

• Team deliverables: manage the marketing content calendar, deadlines and sign-offs so work ships on time, manage filming production days
