Job Description

1. Social Media & Content Creation

• Plan, create and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.

• Develop creative content ideas, scripts, captions and short-form videos to grow brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Repurpose existing videos, podcasts, articles and live sessions into engaging social media content.

• Manage content calendars, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.

• Own the social media calendar, captions, scheduling, publishing and routine comment and message management. Refer technical, client-specific or sensitive questions to the team.

• Coordinate email marketing activities, monitor performance and recommend improvements.

2. Podcast Coordination & Promotion

• Research and identify suitable guest speakers for our One Good Chat podcast.

• Manage guest outreach, scheduling and recording coordination.

• Suggest episode angles and talking points with the hosts, and coordinate episode promotion and short clips.

3. AI Assisted Content and Marketing Workflows

• Use AI tools to support content creation, research, ideation, hooks, scripts, captions, repurposing and marketing workflows.

4. Marketing Planning & Support

• Work closely with the team to plan and execute marketing activities.

• Track social media performance, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements.

• Support marketing activities for webinars, workshops, live sessions and events.

• Coordinate with external creative partners and assist with other marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or a related field.

• A strong interest in the stock market, investing, trading and financial education.

• Relevant 1- 2 years experience in social media, content creation or marketing is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate their practical skills through work samples and a short assessment.

• Clear written and spoken English, good editorial judgement, and ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging content without losing their original meaning.

• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-through across content calendars, approvals and guest outreach.

• Able to confidently interpret social and email performance data, and recommending improvements.

• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day marketing.

• Self-driven and able to manage several projects at once.

• Solid understanding of how Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn work, including algorithms, formats and viral trends.

• Basic video editing skills preferred (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
