EGA Clinic is a clinician-led longevity and preventative medicine clinic in Marylebone, London. The Marketing Specialist will own day-to-day marketing, aiming to grow enquiries and Longevity Assessment bookings and convert new clients into repeat customers.

You will report to the Clinic Manager, work with a small team, and also support wider clinic operations. The role focuses on content, campaigns, partnerships and improving the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years marketing experience, ideally in private healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or premium brands.
• Proven ability to independently plan, run and report on multi-channel campaigns.
• Fluent spoken and excellent written English; able to explain health topics simply.

• Ensure marketing complies with UK healthcare advertising rules and GDPR.
• Support Clinic Manager with client enquiries and front-of-house tasks.

EGA Clinic is a clinician-led longevity and preventative medicine clinic in Marylebone, London. We believe healthy ageing is modifiable, not inevitable. Built on three pillars (Elite State, Glow from the Inside Out and Athlete-Level Body Condition), we offer longevity and hormone consultations, advanced diagnostics such as 50–100+ biomarker panels and biological age testing, and IV and recovery therapies.

The role

As our Marketing Specialist, you will own EGA Clinic's day-to-day marketing. Your goal is to grow enquiries and Longevity Assessment bookings, and to turn first-time clients into loyal ones. You will report to the Clinic Manager and work with a high degree of independence.

We are a small team and everyone pitches in. Marketing is your main focus, but you will also support wider clinic operations when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a marketing calendar and multi-channel campaigns aligned with clinic priorities and service launches.
• Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, and write copy for the website, email and in-clinic materials.
• Work with our doctors to turn clinical expertise into clear, compliant educational content.
• Manage paid social and Google Ads, and improve SEO, Google reviews and the online booking journey.
• Run email and CRM campaigns to nurture leads, drive re-bookings and improve retention.
• Build partnerships with gyms, corporate wellness teams and private clubs, and organise in-clinic events.
• Track performance and report monthly on leads, bookings, cost per booking and retention.
• Ensure all marketing complies with UK healthcare advertising rules (ASA/CAP Code, MHRA) and UK GDPR.
• Support the Clinic Manager with client enquiries, front-of-house and wider operations when needed.

What success looks like

In your first 90 days, you will review our current channels, launch a full content calendar and email flows, and run your first acquisition campaigns. By six months, we expect steady growth in qualified enquiries and bookings, active partnerships, and more reviews and repeat clients.

About you

• Around 3 years' marketing experience, ideally in private healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or a premium consumer brand.
• A track record of independently planning, running and reporting on multi-channel campaigns.
• Fluent spoken and excellent written English, with the ability to explain health topics simply and accurately.
• Confident creating social content, including short-form video.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email platforms and a CRM.
• Organised, detail-focused and happy to take on tasks beyond marketing in a small team.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Knowledge of UK healthcare advertising rules (ASA/CAP Code, MHRA).
• Experience with SEO, influencer partnerships or events.
• A genuine interest in longevity, preventative health, fitness or sports performance.
• A degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Additional languages are a plus but not required.
