RLB International is seeking an Associate – Marketing Solutions in London. You will lead sector marketing across Advanced Technology and Defence & Security, shaping campaigns and engaging senior stakeholders.

The role involves coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams, launching key programmes, and managing budgets. You will drive growth through integrated campaigns, lead generation and client engagement while overseeing reporting, using Monday.com and Dynamics to improve planning

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B marketing experience with sector ownership or account-based marketing.
• Ability to translate business goals into prioritised marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management.
• Proven programme and project management capability across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing activity for Advanced Technology and Defence & Security sectors.
• Develop focused marketing plans and integrated campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate with Brand, Communications, BD, Bids and regional teams.
• Launch and embed the Key Account Programme with senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, suppliers and resources for cost-effective activity.
• Line manage one direct report and support development and wellbeing.
• Own performance reporting on engagement, pipeline, budgets and ROI.
• Use Monday.com and Dynamics to plan, deliver and report.
• Ensure activity aligns with RLB brand and client priorities.
