Job Description: Head of Communications & Brand

Location: London | Full-time | Permanent | Experienced (5-7 years)

We are seeking a dynamic leader to develop and execute our cross-channel brand and communications strategy, positioning Pulse Advertising as a leading voice in the media landscape with a focus on social-first storytelling.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating and managing multi-channel communication campaigns, including newsletters, social content, and industry reports, with a strong B2B focus.
  2. Driving Pulse’s social media presence on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while positioning our founders and leaders as influential industry voices.
  3. Producing compelling PR content to attract media attention.
  4. Conceptualizing and executing standout brand and press events to elevate Pulse’s profile among industry leaders and media.
  5. Maintaining a deep understanding of social media trends, emerging platforms, and effective content strategies across various channels.
  6. Bringing over 5 years of international experience in PR, marketing, or brand management, either in-house or at an agency.
  7. Leading teams and supporting talent across content, marketing, and PR functions.
  8. Maintaining a strong media contact network and activating it effectively.
  9. Communicating with clarity and confidence, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  10. Connecting online culture with real-world events to turn trends into stories and headlines globally.
