Job summary

Silverdrum in London is seeking a highly capable analytics professional to join its Marketing Science team. You will own end-to-end Marketing Mix Modelling projects, translating data into clear strategic advice for senior stakeholders across global brands.

This hybrid role (3 days in the London office) offers exposure to award-winning campaigns, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to grow into Senior Consultant and leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) or econometrics experience.
• Experience delivering client-facing analytics projects.
• Strong consultancy mindset with the ability to influence business decisions.
• Confident presenting analytical findings to senior stakeholders.
• Experience using R (preferred) or Python, alongside strong Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while coaching junior analysts.
• Passion for solving commercial problems through data and evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Marketing Mix Modelling projects from scoping through to final recommendations
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear commercial advice for senior clients
• Partner closely with media planners, strategists and client leadership teams
• Manage project delivery and mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts
• Present findings confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and develop new analytical solutions
• Contribute to the evolution of the agency's Marketing Science and effectiveness offering.
