Job summary

1st Executive Ltd is seeking a Category Specialist to support the Marketing procurement category for a Global FMCG Brand. The role partners with Marketing stakeholders to source agency services, media, events, brand activations, point-of-sale materials and other marketing spend, balancing commercial discipline with brand objectives.

You will work with Brand Managers and Directors to challenge proposals, influence stakeholders and deliver commercial value while protecting the brand.

Qualifications

• Two+ years sourcing / procurement / buying experience.
• Experience supporting agency tenders, events, media spend, or marketing services.
• Understands how agencies are structured and remunerated.
• Able to speak confidently with Marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to support sourcing activities across agencies, media, events and promotions.
• Balance commercial discipline with marketing objectives to deliver value.
