Job summary

1st Executive Ltd is recruiting an Indirect Buyer to support the Marketing procurement category for a Global FMCG Brand. The role partners with Marketing stakeholders, sourcing agency services, media, events, brand activations, POS materials and broader marketing spend.

It balances commercial discipline with understanding how Marketing teams operate, challenging constructively and delivering value without compromising brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience running RFQs, RFPs and sourcing exercises.
• Experience evaluating supplier proposals and developing commercial recommendations.
• Contract and supplier management experience.
• Comfortable working with non-procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP processes for marketing spend and agencies.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and formulate commercial recommendations.
• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to align procurement with brand objectives.
• Support agency services, media, events, brand activations, and promotional materials procurement.
