Job summary

1st Executive is seeking a Category Specialist to drive marketing procurement activities for a global brand. You will partner with Marketing stakeholders and manage sourcing across agency services, media, events, brand activations, POS materials and broader marketing spend.

The role requires balancing commercial discipline with marketing understandings to influence decisions and protect brand objectives while delivering value.

Qualifications

• Experience running RFQs, RFPs and sourcing exercises.
• Experience evaluating supplier proposals and developing commercial recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Contract and supplier management experience.
• Comfortable working with non-procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities across agency services, media, events, brand activations, point-of-sale materials and wider marketing expenditure.
• Partner with Marketing stakeholders and balance commercial discipline with brand objectives.
• Deliver commercial value without disrupting brand objectives.
