Job summary

PureGym Ltd. seeks a Marketing Buyer to join the Procurement Team in a hybrid role split between home and Leeds office, with occasional travel to London and Europe.

You will source, negotiate and manage supplier contracts for Marketing needs, including agencies and media suppliers, ensuring value for money and robust supplier relationships. The role requires 12+ months in procurement with supplier-facing activities, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in a procurement role with supplier-facing procurement activities (e.g. supplier negotiations, contract renewals etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities, including RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking and direct supplier negotiations, with end-to-end process management.
• Provide support to Procurement Managers on complex strategic activities.
• Ensure contract compliance and mitigate supply chain risk with Governance Manager.
• Manage contract renewals and variations for Marketing requirements, negotiating favourable terms.
• Develop relationships with Marketing stakeholders, acting as the go-to procurement partner.
• Offer commercial advice on procurement matters including governance and supplier performance.
• Ensure activity follows policy, compliance and approvals.
• Maintain supplier records, contract databases and trackers for Marketing suppliers.
• Assist team to meet Procurement KPIs like savings and compliance.
• This is a hybrid role with time split between home and Leeds office; ad-hoc travel to London and occasional Europe travel.
