At Oxford Instruments, we enable the world's leading industrial companies and scientific research communities to image, analyse and manipulate materials down to the atomic and molecular level. With a sixty-year history, and fourteen Queens Awards for Enterprise, our world-class products and technologies are helping our customers to address the greatest challenges of the 21st century.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Performance and Operations Manager to build and lead our regional capability across EMEAI. You will create a reliable view of how marketing investment generates pipeline, converts demand and contributes to revenue - while improving the systems, data and processes behind it.
This is a hands-on technical management role operating across legacy systems, inconsistent records and highly siloed datasets. The role maps underlying data structures, reconciles conflicting sources and builds repeatable reporting processes, while working with system owners to improve data quality at source. It must deliver useful insight within current constraints and establish a practical route to more reliable, connected data.
You'll help us establish where demand comes from, whether it is genuinely new, what happens to it, where conversion breaks down and what our investment delivers. By understanding our data and systems you will be able to investigate those questions, challenge misleading conclusions and explain what the evidence does and doesn't support.
This is an opportunity to shape a new regional capability, improve how decisions are made and connect marketing activity more clearly to commercial outcomes. You will report to the Director of Commercial Marketing - Region EMEAI and work across Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT and specialist teams.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
