We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager!

This role is a 14-month FTC MAT Cover, based in Milton Keynes within the Red Bull Technology Marketing Operations Team. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and involves planning and executing trackside and off-track activities.

The responsibilities include overseeing operational delivery for activations such as brand campaigns, partnership events, and talent engagements. The manager will handle end-to-end planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of operational projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-department operations planning and implementation for RBT racing team brands: ORBR and VCARB (Oracle Red Bull Racing, Visa Cash App Racing Bulls)
• Managing the race events schedule and coordinating with stakeholders including brand & communications, partnerships, hospitality, and commercial teams.
• Collaborating with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager on marketing projects related to brand promotions, car launches, talent, and partner activities.
• Maintaining financial records with external providers and informing internal stakeholders of operational needs.
• Managing Operations Executive and interns, providing guidance and training, and developing their skills.
• Updating department guidelines, best practices, induction, and training materials.
• Having a strong background in operations or similar roles.
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Working flexibly in a small team, handling multiple tasks, and interacting with technical, marketing, creative, and management teams.
• Traveling as needed for races and events.
