Job summary

BMW Group Park Lane, a flagship London showroom, offers a Marketing Operations Assistant placement year. You will work with a small, agile marketing team across three premium brands: BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad. Based in Mayfair, you’ll assist social media, content, events, CRM, and daily showroom operations while gaining hands-on experience.

You will develop practical marketing skills, contribute ideas, and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications or related subject.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in automotive industry and luxury brands.
• UK driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support social media management across BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad social channels.
• Assist with content writing for websites, emails and marketing materials.
• Help plan and deliver customer and brand events and partnerships.
• Support CRM activity and campaign administration.
• Handle digital enquiries and shared inboxes to route queries efficiently.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing department operations and documentation.
