This role is primarily focused on coordinating and driving the system implementation process for the creation, adjustment, and maintenance of part numbers and associated system records. The successful candidate should be highly organised, process-oriented, and confident managing detailed workflows that require accuracy, follow-up, and coordination across multiple teams. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, persistence, and process discipline to ensure that part setup and amendments are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with business needs.
Product Management workflow support - Provide secondary support to the Product Management team in coordinating activities and keeping projects organised. This includes helping to track agreed actions, following up with contributors, ensuring required documentation and inputs are completed on time, and maintaining clear visibility of outstanding items so work continues to progress efficiently.
