Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Analyst I (UK) to support Marketing Operations from its Northwich office on a 1-year contract. The role focuses on system ownership for EPIC and EBS records, as well as providing product management support to track actions and maintain documentation.

The ideal candidate will navigate ERP systems with attention to detail, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and manage stakeholder communications to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience navigating business systems and structured approval processes (ERP like SAP).
• Proven ability to manage multi-step processes across systems and cross-functional teams with accuracy.
• Excellent communication to track inputs, chase actions, and maintain status updates across teams.
• High attention to detail for data entries and part numbers with proactive change control.
• Background in supply chain, operations, change control, or product workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Assistant/Analyst I (UK) (Internal role specification: Marketing Operations Associate)

• Location: Northwich, United Kingdom

• Duration: 1 year contract with potential for extension

• Pay Rate: £16.00 / hour (GBP)

Core Responsibilities

• EPIC / EBS Process Ownership: Drive and manage end-to-end system operations for creating, adjusting, and maintaining part numbers and records in internal systems (EPIC and EBS). Ensure data accuracy, complete information submissions, track approvals, and resolve system workflow bottlenecks.

• Product Management Support: Provide operational support to the Product Management team by tracking agreed actions, following up on cross-functional deliverables and maintaining documentation, and ensure project timelines as met.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• System & Process Proficiency : Hands on experience  navigating  business systems and  structured  approval process (e.g., ERP platforms like SAP).

• Workflow Coordination: Proven ability to manage multi-step, detailed processes across different systems and cross-functional teams with high accuracy and follow-through.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to track down inputs, chase actions diplomatically, and maintain status updates across teams.

• Detail-Oriented & Dependable: High attention to detail regarding data entries/part numbers with a proactive approach to routine, business-critical change control tasks.

• Preferred Experience: Prior background in supply chain, operations, change control, or product management workflows (especially part setup and system maintenance) is highly advantageous.
