Job summary

Executive Connect LTD is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate on a 1-year contract (20 hours per week) to coordinate and drive the system implementation for part numbers and related records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and can manage detailed workflows across multiple teams with accuracy and timely follow-up.

You will maintain EPIC/EBS processes, track approvals, and support Product Management workflows to keep projects on schedule.

• Experience coordinating end-to-end part number setup and changes.
• Experience with ERP/SAP and structured approval processes.
