We are committed to improving diversity and inclusion across our organisation. Don't meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and the Global Majority are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single specification. If you're excited about the role but your experience or qualifications don't perfectly align, we encourage you to apply anyway. We particularly encourage applications from underrepresented groups such as the global majority, LGBTQA+, those from a working-class background, those with a disability and neurodiverse conditions.
The Marketing Officer works creatively and collaboratively within the Campaigns team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across the Globe's full offering, including education and learning, theatre and performance, guided tours and cultural tourism, retail, membership and more.
As identified with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Campaigns, the Marketing Officer leads on specific campaigns – from creative planning to effective implementation and insightful evaluation – to increase engagement with the Globe's work and drive sales, delivering innovative content and impactful marketing activity that responds to shared revenue and audience targets.

We are an independent charity and commercial operator, reborn with fresh fire in the wake of the pandemic - re-energised, re-inspired, and ready to meet the future head-on. Unlike many in our field, we work without public subsidy, without regular support from Arts Council England. Instead, we stand on our own forging surpluses through our own creativity and courage, pouring every surplus back into the lifeblood of The Shakespeare's Globe Trust, our registered educational and artistic charity.
Artistic productions are our beating heart - the pulse that keeps the Globe alive. Every year, more than 750,000 visitors cross our threshold on Bankside, drawn to over 600 performances, Guided Tours, schools workshops and events across 363 days. From dawn until long past dusk, especially for our popular Midnight Matinees, our stages ring with laughter, tears, and the timeless power of words.
Please note that we may close this advert early, once a certain number of applications have been received.
