Job summary

Monks is seeking an MMM Analyst/Consultant to assist Senior Consultants and Directors in producing marketing evaluation projects and high-quality analytics. You will work across a range of clients and sectors, shaping analysis and delivering results in a collaborative team environment.

The role targets 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Mix Modelling or marketing analytics, with a foundation in econometrics/statistics and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Google Analytics is

Qualifications

1–3 years commercial experience of Marketing Mix Modelling and/or marketing analytics
Ability to explain complex modelling in a clear and simple manner
Econometrics/Economics/ Mathematics (with Econometrics) degree with 2.1 or higher
Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint, Google Analytics and G Suite is advantageous
Project management experience
Experience of modelling with statistical packages
Knowledge of R or Python is advantageous, but not essential

Assist in developing Measure.monks as a leading provider of Marketing Effectiveness modelling
Assist with managing projects for clients over a range of industries
Build Marketing Mix Modelling
Produce outstanding marketing evaluation projects for our clients
Perform data analytics and data visualisation
Deliver presentations to clients
Run statistical models
Support senior consultants and directors to produce high-quality work
Contribute to R&D of tools and ideas to grow the business
