Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of increasing website traffic, online conversions and ROI.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, CRM systems and CRO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, leads and conversions.
• Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing and CRM campaigns with external agencies.
• Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools; provide monthly KPI reports.
• Optimise customer journeys, landing pages and online sales funnels to maximise conversions.
• Lead product marketing campaigns with consistent brand messaging across the UK and Ireland.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align marketing with business objectives.

Position: Marketing Manager (UK & IRL)

Location: Widnes

Salary: Up to £60,000p/a DOE

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced UK & IRL Marketing Manager to lead and deliver the marketing strategy across the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused marketing professional with a strong digital and e-commerce background to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and improve online sales performance within the growing renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRM campaigns in partnership with external agencies.
• Analyse marketing performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing monthly KPI reports.
• Optimise customer journeys, landing pages, and online sales funnels to maximise conversion rates.
• Lead product marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across the UK and Ireland.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing activity with business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role.
• Proven track record of increasing website traffic, online conversions, and ROI.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and conversion rate optimisation.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Experience within the solar, renewable energy, or electrical distribution sector would be highly advantageous.
