HR GO Group is seeking a Marketing Manager for UK & IRL to lead the digital marketing and e-commerce strategy from Widnes. You will drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and improve online sales performance across the UK and Ireland in the renewable energy sector.

The role requires a commercially focused marketing professional with strong digital skills, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRM, plus a track record of boosting conversions and ROI. Travel to Ireland as required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of increasing website traffic, online conversions and ROI.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, CRM systems and CRO.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, leads and conversions.
• Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing and CRM campaigns with external agencies.
• Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools; provide monthly KPI reports.
• Optimise customer journeys, landing pages and online sales funnels to maximise conversions.
• Lead product marketing campaigns with consistent brand messaging across the UK and Ireland.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align marketing with business objectives.
