Responsibilities:
Full Cycle Campaign Delivery
- Once the client brief and strategy have been agreed, mobilise the entire contract.
- Set up tasks in ClickUp, ensuring detailed briefs are provided to the right team members.
- Take ownership of certain tasks yourself, such as brainstorming campaign themes and key messaging for clients.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on campaign progress.
- Lead regular check-ins to gather feedback, present results, and refine the approach as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to delight clients and enhance their experience withKAYBE.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
- Deliver and execute impactful marketing campaigns for our clients, from building audiences to launching email campaigns and managing outreach workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration of campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, and beyond) for a cohesive, unified brand message.
- Test landing pages and forms, recommending improvements based on in-market performance metrics.
Audience Brief Development
- Collaborate with our data wizard to build comprehensive audience briefs and targeting strategies.
- Use data insights to refine audience profiles and tailor campaign messaging.
Budget & ROI Management
- Oversee and allocate campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor spend across all activities and make real-time adjustments to optimise performance.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Experiment regularly with new marketing techniques and tools, staying ahead of industry trends to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proof-of-execution packs to showcase campaign performance and ROI.
Podcast Management – The IDL Podcast (Innovators, Disruptors, Leaders)
- Research potential guests who connect with our podcast.
- Pre-screen candidates to ensure they have a compelling story and are aligned with the podcast’s themes.
- Coordinate guest communications, scheduling, and overall podcast production logistics.

What you get:
- We will pay you a basic salary of £30,000 – £35,000 per year.
- Possibility of an additional bonus depending on company performance.
