Growth Marketing Executive (Part-Time / Contract / Retainer)

Location: Glasgow (with flexibility for remote work and in-person content days)

Compensation: Based on preferred arrangement (part-time, freelance contract, or monthly retainer)

We are looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to support the ongoing growth of our business. This role is suited to someone based in or near Glasgow who is available to travel occasionally for content creation and is comfortable working independently and flexibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a marketing plan in collaboration with the director.
• Lead and manage results-driven marketing campaigns.
• Build sales funnels, landing pages, and manage Meta advertising.
• Coordinate referral marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns.
• Work alongside our SEO partner to support organic growth efforts.

Social Media & Content

• Plan, write, and schedule regular content across social media platforms.
• Research trends and generate ideas for social content and campaigns.
• Write clear and engaging copy for social media, newsletters, PR, and scripts.
• Assist with basic set design and planning for video content days.
• Support content updates and blog planning in coordination with our web developer.

Creative & Content Production

• Capture photo and video content during on-site days (basic skills preferred).
• Design visuals using tools such as Canva, Blaze, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Edit simple video content using tools like CapCut or similar software.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor analytics and performance metrics.
• Report on results and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
