The Role:

As ourMarketing Manager, you will define and execute our marketing strategy, ensuringour brand stands out in the competitive MSP space. You’ll be hands-on,leading campaigns, creating content, and optimizing digital marketing, with the support of aMarketing Executive reporting to you.

Key Responsibilities:

-Marketing Strategy & Execution– Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.

-Content Marketing & Thought Leadership– Oversee blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content.

-Digital Marketing & SEO– Manage our online presence, optimize for search, and enhance our website for lead conversion.

-Email & Automation– Use tools like Mailchimp to run effective email marketing campaigns and nurture leads.

-Event & Partnership Marketing– Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and sponsorships.

-Analytics & Reporting– Track campaign performance, analyse data, and optimize based on insights.

What We’re Looking For:

-3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably within an MSP or IT company.

-Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and social media.

-Strategic mindset– ability to plan and executeend-to-end marketing campaigns.

-Strong communication skills– ability to translate tech solutions into compelling marketing content.

- Experience managingemail campaigns, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

- Passion for growing a brand andmaking a real impact in a high-growth company.
