The Aura Marketing Manager will be responsible for all Marketing duties including; coordinating events, website management, and campaigns at Aura. The Marketing Manager will ideally have a start date of June 2025 reporting to the Chief Executive Officer for the duration of the 6-month maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

· Arranging and managing External Events with Partners and Customers

· Creating and managing campaigns in HubSpot

· Create presentations and other collateral for the Executive team and Sales team

· Management of the marketing budget

· Managing the Company website with new updates, layout, and content

· Producing monthly metrics measuring all marketing functions and board reports for management

· Support Sales Team in responding to tenders and proposals

CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

· Ownership of the marketing and content strategy for the organisation and working alongside other relevant stakeholders on this.

· Working with external social media manager to create content for website, blogs, and social media channels.

· Monitor, audit and update website to optimize SEO rankings.

· Drive required content/asset creation with key stakeholders and agencies.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

· Event management - planning, promoting and managing international events to build customer relationships and generate new business.

· Coordinate and attend major international sales conferences

· Create all event material and activities

PARTNER MARKETING

  • Support in managing relationships with external partners, suppliers and agencies.
  • Work with business partners to develop joint campaigns that build awareness, drive demand, and enable the field teams.
  • Create documents, marketing collaterals and co-branded material for business partners
  • Support in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales, revenue and branding objectives of the organization.
  • Developing and delivering multi-channel lead generation campaigns to deliver qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Work with the global sales team and business partners to develop end-to-end campaigns that target priority industries and/or solution sets and own the customization for local markets.
  • Execute an Account Based approach across marketing channels, focusing on strategic accounts and leveraging digital as well as direct tactics to engage those accounts.
  • Monitoring Aura Alliance Website on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and ensure that the SEO channel is achieving its targets for our clients.
  • Keep up to date with latest SEO trends.
  • Keyword research, keyword generation & input with content creation.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

· Experience in running Digital Marketing campaigns

· Desired degree in Marketing and 2+ years of Marketing Management professional experience, preferably within a telecommunications company

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should have a high level of written English for producing profiles and content

· Data-driven approach to analysing marketing campaigns

· Computer literacy and with solid knowledge of marketing platforms/tools, ideally HubSpot

· Experience using LinkedIn

· Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation and managing AdWords campaigns desirable

· Experience using Illustrator, WordPress and Canva desirable

· Experience in planning and managing events. Running live global events & webinars as part of a lead generation strategy for the company.

· Ability to project manage efficiently and effectively.

· Driven by results.

· Ideally an interest in current affairs and global trends.

· Able to work individually and as part of a team.

· An understanding of lead generation and management best-practices

Location – Central London office location (hybrid working applies).
