Job Summary

The Marketing Manager EMEA will be responsible for developing and managing successful B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. This role involves working closely with sales teams, internal stakeholders, partners (resellers, etailers & distributors), and marketing agencies across multiple markets in the EMEA region for the Kensington & PowerA brands.

The primary objectives are to increase profitable sales revenue through channel partners and to grow the end-user marketing lead pipeline via various marketing methods. This role involves semi-regular travel.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and execute online and offline demand generation plans with B2B, etail, and retail channel partners to increase sales, market share, and lead acquisition.
  2. Maintain relationships with channel partners in the EMEA region and develop marketing plans, incentives, and programs to drive collaboration and sales. Travel to strategic partners is required.
  3. Manage the Marketing Development Funds (MDF), ensuring disciplined budget spend, planning, tracking, and ROI analysis.
  4. Utilize TAM and market data to identify low-hanging fruit for share gain activities.
  5. Ensure new products are launched effectively through channels to quickly gain sales velocity.
  6. Collaborate with global brand and digital marketing teams to develop digital campaigns, including PPC and Paid Social, to generate B2B leads.
  7. Work with regional etail channel partners to ensure optimal product merchandising and marketing activity online.
  8. Identify opportunities for share gain and sales growth, developing strategies and tactics accordingly.
  9. Build strong internal relationships within the Office/Consumer channels to drive sales growth and listings.
  10. Contribute to demand planning and forecasting to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B and/or retail marketing, preferably in tech, consumer electronics, or gaming, with a focus on channel/partner marketing.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets.
  • Knowledge of Google marketing suite and paid social practices is beneficial.
  • Self-starter with a professional, results-driven attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Solid experience in digital and channel marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills; knowledge of multiple European languages is a plus.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
