Job title: Marketing Manager – Automations (Maternity Cover)
Intro:
The CRM automations manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising automated CRM campaigns that will enhance the guest experience, drive engagement through the customer lifecycle, and maximise the long-term revenue opportunity for Premier Inn.
This role encompasses service emails (e.g., booking confirmation, pre-stay) as well as behavioural triggers and lifecycle messaging.
This position is pivotal in our goal to increase Guest Lifetime Value, as the manager will be accountable for post-booking upsell/cross-sell strategies, as well as communications designed to drive retention.
£50,000 DOE
Location:
Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. We offer flexible working and require you to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
